Quay Close Cottage, Instow, is a 2 bedroomed bungalow on the Devon coast, sleeping 4 people, situated in the heart of the pretty village of Instow, with views to the Torridge estuary and only a few yards from Instow's sandy beach. The rear of the property and the patio area overlook the Tarka Trail.

Instow, a main centre for sailing and fishing, lies between Bideford and Barnstaple, has a number of pubs, shops and restaurants and is only minutes away from the North Devon Express Way (A39) and within easy reach of North Devon beaches and Exmoor.

The self catering accommodation comprises of:

  • 2 bedrooms (one double and one with full sized bunk beds), a bathroom with shower over the bath, a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
  • The lounge is equipped with a colour TV and DVD player.
  • There are steps leading down from the lounge patio doors to a small paved patio area overlooking the Tarka Trail and countryside.
  • Quay Close Cottage has gas central heating and is open all year.
  • Gas and electricity are included in the price as is bed linen. Towels can be hired at a small extra cost.

The Holiday Cottage is let Friday to Friday. There is some parking in the lane but Quay Close does not have a designated parking area of its own. However loading and unloading is no problem and there is a public car park close by.
